This is a 3D Die Cut picture Stanzbogen - Christine Haworth Designs. The frame is a sticker from a large sheet. I had removed the packaging and don't know where it is from. The little girls do like to receive these cards. They think they are very special because of the 3-d image when finished. Very quick and I think very pretty card. Two of my grandaughters were here with us this weekend. It is very quiet here when they leave. Because it was so cold outside they spent a lot of time doing crafts and playing on our computers. Jackie, I love the 3d effect. I have never tried paper tole myself but it looks like it would take a long time. Your card would look wonderful in a shadow box.
