Ready to Party

A card for one of my wonderful card playing friends.  We play every Thursday always have a great day, win or lose!
I chose an image from Mo's Digital Pencil called Penlope's Party Wagon because I think anyone would just love her!  I coloured the image with Copics.  The DP is from DCWV.  The flowers are a die cut from Memory Box, and the sentiment is from Netty's Cards.

Hope you like her, I think she is a truly adorable!

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Corrosive Challenge                 Forever Young
The Cupboard Trilogy              Birthday
Cutie Pie Challenge                  Use a Cute Image
Word Art Wednesday              Anything Goes
