Here is another wonderful image from Tortagialla for the CDAC Progressive Challenge due by Sept.14th. I have colored this cutie with copics, framed her with a die from Spellbinders and Pop dotted her onto DP from my stash. The BP is from Paper Boutique. The sentiment is author unknown, and the pearls are from Forever in Time.
