This is my first card for the CDAC Progressive Challenge 15. The images are all bears this time.
This sweetie is from Inked Treasures and I have colored her with copics. The glitter border is cut from a Spellbinders die, and Art Accentz glitter applied. A row of pink sequins and DP from my stash finish it off.
